Hey there guys and gals
I'm a first time poster here and I was wondering if anyone on the forums have played F1 06. I have it for my PSP and its a great game and the career mode is very addictive, especially playing on 100% race length.
Just a problem or 2 with some bugs I've come across and I'm wondering if anyone else who has the game has the same bugs.
1. In Saturday Practice session on career mode I find my car auto-steers itself into the pit-lane wall after I've completed Race car evolution settings for the 2 Friday Practice sessions. then after advancing time and eventually ending the session wihtout practice, I get a message saying "invalid RCE session" and the game locks up, forcing me to quit without saving and having to reboot my PSP and start the weekend off again, this time manually tuning my car.
2. To get around this I've had to skip the Saturday practice alltogether in career mode, however after qualification is over I find it takes me to an incorrect end of session screen which gives me 3 options only before my PSP freezes again, having to restart it and restart the weekend again.
So what I've been doing now is finishing race car evolution on Friday, writing down all the settings i need after the evolution is complete and then rebooting my psp and going straight to Saturday practice and manually adjusting the settings there myself according the evolution results.
Very frustrating and annoying!!
I was wondering if anyone else had these problems or if it was just my game?
IMO still a great game, lots of fun and very addictive, especially if you're into F1 despite the bugs I mentioned.
