about the paying other teams to play better ****, presidents of both clubs (Barca, Real) have come out and said that they would never do such a thing. so unless you believe in some fairytale world, in which Real Madrid's directors are all liars, and Barca's directors are all saints, then shut the **** up about this bullsh*t. this is not aimed at all Barca fans, since most of you understand this, but some people need a snap back to reality.

Oh really? hmmmm....

"The 'cash for victory' story surfaced when it was reported in Spain that Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon was prepared to pay clubs millions of euros to win matches.

Madrid, who are in a neck-and-neck race with Barca for the Primera Liga title, have allegedly promised Getafe €3million (£2million) to get a draw or better at Camp Nou this weekend.

They are also understood to be willing to pay Real Zaragoza to obtain a result against Sevilla, who are just behind the leaders."

3 million euros or better to get a result at the camp nou? so since they got ronaldinho sent off, what, i say they'll be getting something like 5million euros then? you ppl are lame.

Drvar;2332665 said:
what a title race. congrats on Barca's victory, i hope its your last this season :D. Without Etoo and Ronaldinho next match, i hope Espanyol isnt just visiting to get bitchslapped.

why don't you slip them another 5 million euros? i'm sure that'll make them "play." if you can call what getafe was doing "playing".

I wonder how much of a check Depor is getting, all they did was try and injure our players. *bitch some more, and some more, and some more*:boohoo:

roberto carlos and diarra are whining b!tches. depor had great chances to score and were not just trying to injure your players. and unlike you guys, there were no reports that barcelona were offering money to depor to perform vs you guys. So even if the game was physical, it can't be said that it was because of cash incentives from rivals. whereas there is a very strong case that getafe played the way they did because they had something to gain from such a performance.

everyone pray for a sevilla win today. if this happens zaragoza will have no choice but to get a result against madrid to save their season (and ours!)

If Sevilla beat Zaragoza today, and Athletico beat Nastic, the table will look like this:

5. Real Zaragoza 58
6. Atlético Madrid 57
7. Villarreal CF 56

The games next week are:
Zaragoza v Real Madrid.
Villareal vs Athletic Bilbao
Atl. Madrid vs Celta

Theres a good chance that Athletico Madrid and Villareal will both win, meaning the pressure will be on Zaragoza to get a result if they want to remain in contention for a UEFA cup spot. If they lose and the other two win, the table will look like:

5. Atlético Madrid 60
6. Villarreal CF 59
7. Real Zaragoza 58

So yeah, let's pray for a sevilla win today!

I guess you did not see the game? At least 2 Depor players should have been sent off, Gago was getting kicked all over the place as was RC. Coloccini is very lucky to not have seen a red card. Furthur more your an idiot to think that a club will pay another one to lose a match, a result means taking points away from the game which Getafe failed to do you idiot. But as I have said before I really don't care about these things, so keep you can keep on bitching buddy.

Dream Team - I never said they were any better, they forgot to send off 2 Depor players;) By the way I never said it was a conspiracy against Real Madrid (sorry if it came out that way), but more the fact that the FA keep allowing incompetent refs to handle games which is the reason for the ****ty decisions.

solaimaa how the **** does that news you pasted contradict anything i said? Accusations came out, Real denied them, Barca was asked about it, they denied it. Where does your big conspiracy theory come into play? Real lies, Barca tells the truth? This isnt a hollywood movie where you know who the good guys are, and who the bad guys are.

and Dream Team, come on, cut the crap, you won the game, its not like you had 2 penalties blown against you in the last minutes, losing 3 points, remember that?
seriously, it seems like all it takes is one bad game referee wise, and the league is corrupt, Real buys referees, etc etc.
Generally speaking, i think its retarded that some people think Real is above Barca in the league because of referees and bribes.

Yes, all this talk is getting very old and very tiring. It's like the Madrid fans saying that Atlecio just bent over against Barca for the hell of it, it just does not make sense. I know with only 2 games elft and such a close title race that tensions run high but it's getting really old with the only money to other teams or refs being given money.

Yeah, we won the game despite the referee.

Tell us, Socrates, since you know everything about this, did Villar and Laporta have a fight or something?

Oh wait, Villar has nothing to do with this. Now the problem is that the refs are incompetent. Very convenient.

:boohoo:Villar is corrupt, don't even start with that. The refs have always sucked and they will continue to do so until things change meaning the FA, I have always said that but of course you being a Barca fan will always see it as an attack against Barca. Whatever this is getting old:sleep:, have fun in this thread. You guys can keep crying though.

You've been crying all season long. That's why I'm asking where's the conspiracy now.

I don't think all referees are corrupt but rather that the peope in charge ( Villar and Sanchez Arminio with thier connection to Laporta ). I think that they choose incompetent ref's and put them in a bad situation and witht he pressure they have from the those two one can see how you guys have been getting more favored ( or when the other rivals are getting more mistakes against them ). Remember Arminio was the guy who actually clamied 2 years ago that Real Madrid was the enemy, if he had said that about any other team we whould never hear the end of it and this guy is selecting the ref's...hmmmm. It's no secret the relationsip of Laporta and Villar and the many favors he has done for you guys
These things seem far away now.

So, what happened? did Laporta and Villar have a fight?

That does not sound like crying, more like actually telling it like it is. It's not a conspiracy there is still incompetent ref's that are being selected, ( like against Depor, he forgot to call the handball on Ruud and did not send off 2 Depor players ). Also in recent times you have been more favored than us ( I remember seeing actual stats but I am too lazy to check on it ).

You really think that last comment ( about Villar and Laporta ) is about the ref's? It's about actual rules you guys have been able to break, not about refs. Get your head out of your ass.

So, what I'm saying, basically, next time you can **** off with your poor excuses and conspiracy theories. Hypocrite.

Well, you got you wanted. - Sevilla won. It was a tight game so hopefully it will make them more confident, as they had a chance of winning Sevilla, they'll think they can beat Madrid. So they will bring their best and beat them. I really hope that's what's going to happen.

diogo the moron got himself sent off for no reason though at the end. now they go into the game vs. madrid at a disadvantage. well, hopefully whoever will come in to cover for him will be solid. it was a good game, and i'm confident they can hold madrid at home.

as far as we're concerned, yes, we need to get eto'os card overturned. madrid got beckham's overturned, why can't we get eto'os?

La Liga Reaction: Fernández - We Have To Beat Real Madrid Now
http://goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=313656

Víctor Fernández has said that his Real Zaragoza side have to beat Real Madrid if they are not lose everything that they have worked for this term.

After losing to Sevilla on Sunday evening, the Aragón-based outfit are in danger of slipping out of the European place if they lose next weekend.

"Against Real Madrid we are playing for everything that we have worked for throughout the season," he said.

"We have been fighting for 36 matches and now we must produce one final effort."

Reflecting on the 3-1 defeat against Sevilla, Fernández praised the Andalucian side for their performance and believes that their incredible fitness is why they still have a chance of completing a unique treble.

"They come straight at you and are very strong, as well as being very confident in their style of play," he he continued.

"We were in the game, but it was always tough.

"At the moment, Sevilla have the best physical stamina of any side in the league and because of that they have been able to compete in every game they have played.

"They are a side that press very well and their support has a huge influence on games."

this is great to read. hopefully they can do it, and we can beat espanyol!

Actually Diogo would not have been able to play against us anyway because there is a clause in his loan that says he can't play against us. Zaragoza's defence is looking quite shaky, hopefully we can take advantage of that.

Socrates and other real madrid fans, still think refs side with barca? Heres a ref who threatened Messi with a booking WHEN HE WAS BEING KICKED EVERY TIME HE TOUCHED THE BALL! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Barcelona Furious With Referee's Messi Threat
http://goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=314017

Barcelona bosses are furious with Alfonso Perez Burrull's threats directed at Lionel Messi.

Controversy had been rife following Saturday's 1-0 win over Getafe, when it was alleged that the referee did not offer enough protection to the likes of Ronaldinho and Messi.

It has now been confirmed that Senor Perez Burrull threatened to book Messi if he went down under a challenge again.

"The referee told me that I should not fall or he would book me," Messi revealed, and Barcelona have now taken exception.

Prior to the game, as well as after the Copa del Rey first leg, Bernd Schuster had made it clear that it was important to kick Messi to prevent him from playing, or scoring that wonder goal.

Following the game, Frank Rijkaard had lashed out at Schuster for planning to systematically kick his players.

Barca are considering lodging a complaint over intimidation by the referee, as statistics show the Argentine was the most fouled player during the game.
