Correct, at least that what it sounds like, that Eto'o is not 100% confident about the knee. One thing to note is that Deco had said something to Radio Marca about the embrace between Dinho and Eto'o just being a joke for the cameras. Supposedly Eto'o is not really happy and is feeling a lot of pressure. Anyway just what I read.

So if it came down to it who would you guys rather lose?

I wouldn't believe what Marca says

They twist everything everyone says to make it sound sensational.

What Deco said was that the embrace was planned because they had already fixed any problems in the dressing room beforehand.

And I would still rather keep Dinho. I know Eto'o is amazing, but Dinho is unique. We could get another goal-scorer, even Saviola has been scoring, but to replace what Ronnie brings is not easy.

Anyway, neither is very likely.

Barcelona fans - how would you feel about an Eto / Henry swap in the summer ?

Yeah, I heard about transfer rumours as well. On TV, they were saying that Ronaldinho could go to AC Milan, and what tracertong said, the Eto'o/Henry switch. I would have to see Ronaldinho leave, but then the Eto'o/Henry switch would not be too bad as I love both Arsenal and Barca.

RE: All the rumours are just that: rumours. I think winning La Liga and maybe CL again will help smooth over any difficulties anyone may be having. I wouldn't believe ANY of the stupid transfer rumours I'm hearing guys, most of them will just be inventions by someone trying to sell papers.

Five minutes after Eto'o talked too much to the press, there was already a rumour about him going to Juve..

It's all rumours. Eto'o is not leaving, Ronaldinho is not leaving and Rijkaard is not leaving. At least that's what looks like.

Eto'o is anxious to play. He's been working very hard, he gets impatient and he has these childish reactions, but fortunately we've got Rijkaard. Puyol handled the situation and they did on thursday what thay should have done on monday.

Eto'o is not fully recovered because the knee injuries are delicate and he'll need more time to adapt. I'm quite sure he'll play against Liverpool though, 30 minutes at least. Probably that's why he decided to stay in Barcelona. Unlike Messi, who could start today against Valencia.

Oh yes I know that these transfer news are mostly bs but I was just interested to see who you guys would rather keep. I think that in the summer Eto'o could leave because he has that ego in him, I think he is really jealous of Dinho who takes the shine. But that's it, I don't see Dinho moving at all or even FR.

Iturralde (the ref).... He can't be more annoying. Marchena saw the second yellow card and he kept playing, heh.

Barça played the game that Valencia wanted. The first half was awful because Valencia played very defensive and the second half was crazy. Barça's defence was terrible. Barça had 67% possession but Valencia were very dangerous in the counter attacks. I think Frank didn't prepare the game as he should have.

Messi was amazing though. He makes me see the future with optimism.

I hope Messi starts, he seemed in great form against Valencia. Barça must win at the Camp Nou because the game at Anfield will be a tough one. Pretty much like Mestalla.
