you are correct but a player like maakay has done a lot for his team which is no where near as complete as a team as Juve....Nedved has a lot more support that maakay....but i wouldnt mind if either got it.....i just hope its someone who deserves it

I don`t think that was a tackle that deserve a booking, it`s nothin` at all, he didn`t get the ball but he didn`t tackle MacManaman that hard to get a bookin`. I`ve seen worse tackles than that, especially in that Inter-Milan match, but no yellow card is given.

I agree with the names, not with the order. Those four are the only ones who stood out in Europe for their clubs. Personally I'd say Van Nistelrooij because of hi smassive amount of goals and his general play. Nedved has been great as well, but not on a consistant level. He had a bad game here and there imo.

It was a bookable offence and the ref is not meant to deciede on a booking based on whether the player will miss the final or not...he judges it based on the offence at hand....it was stupied from Nedved's point of view...he was over excited I think...its a real shame...

My vote goes to Nedved though...he has played out of his skin this year.

maybe he could win to...

but nedved is without a doubt the best of the season...so he wont win the trophy just like other players in other years
