If you read Portugal vs. Greece, I would always go for Portugal as the winners. But today, Greece deserved their win because they held on to their lead, (which england can't do ) and they did not win through pure luck (I mean in the final, I didn't see their other games). They were not violent to the extent that Portugal were being injured every 3 minutes. Well done to Greece, shocked most, but in the end, won it deservedly.

Like Greece or hate them, they were the best team throughout the tournament and they deserved to win. The gap bewteen the giants and the minnows of world football closed a whole lot after tonights result.

It was an intense and exciting match - therefore, IN MY OPINION .... it was a friggin great game to watch ... and YES, the Greeks played a beautiful game !

I believe they deserved to win ... they sure as hell worked hard for it ... as did the Portuguese ... but in the end, only one can win - and that's the sad part of it all ... because I feel that they both played extremely well - put their hearts in it - and they played hard for that title.
