I'm just saying it's really bad to lose like this to a team that plays like this. It would be different to lose against a team that tries to play to win.

They play total crap anti-football and they still win.

I'm not going to congratulate Greece because I just feel they don't deserve it. The quality of football shown by them was not enough to even be at the quarter finals. Yeah call me a sore loser all you want.

I will credit Greece for their excellent defence, they really showed how superb defensive organisation can triumph over flair and inventive and attack-minded football

but I don't want to watch this sort of football

what will be interesting is to see how other international managers react to this result - some "weaker" nations will probably try to emulate the Greek tactics but hopefully this will force the attack-minded nations like France, Czech, Portugal to come up with new strategies to triumph over all-out-defence

Well, Greece has done it.. big congrads to them, they deserve it. I`m not a Greece fan, but after seing Portugals scoring ability I wanted Greece to score even more goals. Portugal is a very selfish team that needs to know how to play football like Czech Rep. They don`t pass, their teamwork is crapy and Figo is very overrated. Ronaldo thinks he`s the superman and can dribble trough the entire Greek defence and I hope he learns his lesson by those tears of his. Also, that guy running towards the greek goal is a class..

I know you like Greece and stuff, but dont expect them to become a footballing powerhouse. For anti-football, there's football, teams will be more awared of them next time. Hope to see someone man-marking Charisteas, some overlapping on the right to fool Seitaridis, a 4-3-3 formation, whatever. And you take off Otto Rehhagel and boom. That's it.
