A lot of kits on this forum look way too bright ingame, that's the reason why i darkened my kits, and if they look too much like ea default kits is just because i use an original ea template.

yeah i agree that a lot of the kits made on this forum are too bright and dont look good in game. the template i use for my kits is mainly an ea template too because to me it is the best. but i do think you should maybe add a bit more brightness or contrast to your kits so that they dont look so bland
