Yes, but there is no reason why people can't join later in, like it's done in every other prediction leagues. People join at all times, and I can't understand why those can't take part. I would have understand it if you had something like Tajike has for the Portuguese PL (but that wouldn't have worked for a Euro PL). So, let people join, even if it's in the last matchday.

I can't ban anyone. I'm just a moderator, and only super-mods and admins can ban users. But I can inform those who have the "power" to do so, and then they will do what they think is correct.
