If both Germany and Spain show up at their best, Spain will win. Maybe Im biased but I feel we have a much more talented team....with loads of depth and choices for Luis. Somehow I think this will be a "shootout". I said yesterday to a friend, 3-2 to Spain and Ill stick with that.

I think the way the tourney has gone, Spain totally deserves to lift the cup. But the Germans always seem to step up when it matters. I'll be rooting for Spain, but I won't be surprised if the Spaniards choke.

Pretty much my opinion. Also, Villa out can be a very important factor as well.

Germany will barely touch the ball on Sunday. Spain have the best midfield I've seen in ages. Consider that Cesc, Xabi Alonso, and Cazorla are subs. Says a lot about the quality and depth we have.

And yes, it sucks that we don't have Villa, but consider the second half we played aganist Russia. We dominated, and without Villa.

I have a feeling Germanys best in this competition is yet to be seen. They usually get the job done. Spain with struggle without Villa. Torres just couldn't find the net against Russia so many chances, hes underperformed compared to his pre tournament. 1-0 Germany for me.

Germany are the favorites, but i'm going with Spain in this one. They're arguably the most talented side and watching them play is always a joy - brilliant passers of the ball and usually the end product is brill.

Thirded. If there's a more underachieving nation than England it's probably Spain. I hope they win on Sunday, but if I was forced to put money on the outcome I might have to side with the party poopers Germany.

I want both to win actually. My 2nd country (Germany) and my favourite country (Spain).. It's hard, but I love Spain..

Germany for me, as long as they have sorted out that central defence that allowed the Turks to shine. (No offence intended to the Turks by the way).

Apart from that the Spanish use too much male cosmetics for my liking. Torres really does overdo the blusher, and Puyol and Ramos' hair is just so yesterday. Hair gel? I won't even go there.:rofl: (It's a joke amigo's).

So far I don't think one diver has benefited during this tournament, and I hope the trend continues on Sunday. :browsmiley:
