Error with EA Play and my save game

Hello everyone.

Today, my birthday, i was going to play FIFA in career mode, and the EA Play simply disappeared with my save game. I don't know why, i think it was because of the cloud sync, wich i never used and tried to deactivate but is impossible with this program.

Now, my career mode of a bunch of years, that i was enjoying, was lost. i cannot use my profile neither my save games, and i don't know why. Where are the save games? Can i recover them in any way? i really like this career mode, and if i cannot recover this save i think i will never be playing this game anymore, because it's the second time this happens with me. Please, if you know how i can recover, i will be really grateful.

A bunch of folders appeared at the same time in my "0" folder, i tried to move out these new folders from the original folder but it doesn't worked
