ok so far....not so good, the gameplay is harder than default Legendary but i'm still beating teams I should'nt, using default tactics, Legendary on Slow Speed....which incidently is no different from normal speed.
I'm currently sitting top of the Championship with Brighton after 10 games, won 9 drawn 1....it should be harder than this right?
I dont claim to be a very good FIFA player, infact when I play my mates they tonk me 4/5-0 every game!

any way to make it harder? or do I need a different patch? hope not because as I say it is harder with this one...just not hard enough (and yes its installed correctly!)

as i've said in my previous thread, about MM i really hated it, the Managers in MM controled by CPU are making game breaking desicions, they are putting side backs as center backs and the opposite, one time in Bayern, Robben was as right back... pathetic! so.. ruined defences.

ofcourse you are free to play with other patches but i think it will be the same, i have stopped playing MM, exhibition and tournaments are only my choices.

yeah the whole MM system is shoddy, trust EA not to get it right after all these years of pumping out the game!
Thing is I like the challenge of MM so normal tournmanets dont appeal to me that much

in the way things EA made it, maybe Tournaments are more chalenging from MM

yeah but then you cant buy/sell players and have the management side which is what I crave!

Yeah, that's occurs on etgd v2 too..
just play MM for 2 or 3 seasons, and you'll get bored

The cpu managers in MM really do ruin the games. I went as far as to edit my DB to remove all secondary preferred positions for players thinking the game was just getting confused with players having multiple preferences. I also tried changing all RB's to RWB's and LB's to LWB's. Low and behold, A.Cole is still selected as a CB, van persie a RW/LW and bloody Valencia a lone striker, Hernandez never getting selected. Must be hardcoded.

I really hope it's fixed in 12...

just play MM for 2 or 3 seasons, and you'll get bored

thats why i play tournaments, eventhough i love my teams, i just cant play w/ them year after year.

The cpu managers in MM really do ruin the games. I went as far as to edit my DB to remove all secondary preferred positions for players thinking the game was just getting confused with players having multiple preferences. I also tried changing all RB's to RWB's and LB's to LWB's. Low and behold, A.Cole is still selected as a CB, van persie a RW/LW and bloody Valencia a lone striker, Hernandez never getting selected. Must be hardcoded.

I really hope it's fixed in 12...

i had tried the Pref. Position changing too! back on v1 but.. no luck...

I personally never liked MM, never played beyond a season too, so much frustrating. It is much much better to play friendlies and tournaments, at least I dont face such foolish bugs.

At one point of time I could not resist the temptation of mixing both patches (your database, RC's non-released product.ini), but immediately found that the game became insanely tough and unrealistic and the whole purpose of improving the gameplay was defeated (I dont like CPU doing unnecessary dribbles or overdose of skill moves, these dont happen in real life). So it is better if we leave both the patches in their places not mixing together.

I have RC's unreleased patch too and its realy a unique attempt and a great one with RC's low stats theory and the .ini enchancing it, and thats exactly the reason why the .ini dont work with ETGD.

My theory about stats is a different one, im maybe new to FIFA but back in the days of PES 6 i was making Options Files and my theory about stats is to make the players on the pitch to play as close as it can be to reality no matter if i have to give 99 to attributes or 1,

about MM... i realy hope FIFA 12 to have at least a fair MM.

well since my last post I started a Tournament (nPower Championship) in Legendary mode and whilst Ihave found it slightly harder its still tooooooo easy, won 12 drawn 2 lost 2 with a team that should be relegation material!

this game needs to be made harder as I'm losing all interest in it now

and a small announcement!! im creating my idea of the Erevos FIFA Futuristic Leagues (EFFL) with ETGDR gameplay ofcource!

EFFL is actually the implementation of the transfers at 2013\14 in a game of Football Manager, its like an alternate Future

some of the transfers are

Neymar to Barca
Perotti to Manchester U.
Michel Bastos to Chelsea
Ochoa to Arsenal
Ashley Cole to City

Hmm wanted to ask if you know where to reduce the bonus that players get from moral,home/away. I think this give huge boost to PC, they get like 10-15 stats up. Or only via product.ini ? I donno how effective that is. And if its posible to modify the Profesional level not Legndary( i think PC cheat to much ). Cant wait for FIFA 12 pre season made me hungry

i have started them again yesterday, so i think today i will release an update!
not only the transfers but correct contract years and shirt numbers in most of them, and adjusted starting 11's/formations!!!
