pfff, I dont know what Hiddink is doing, he did fill up the gap of Van Bommel and Vogel, also Park can be changed by Beasley, but now with Lee and Ooijer leaving we have some problems. Lucius is a good replacement for Ooijer, and Lee can be changed by Ferreyra, but we dont know if he's any good. Besides we dont have any back-ups anymore My bet is to use all our Park money for Kromkamp. Also Opdam could be a solution, he in the centre with Alex, Bouma on the left.

Nah, lets just play Marcellis, he's already 16

Interesting thing I heard about Alex... Inter has showed interest and has talked to Chelsea. Apparently, Chelsea can snatch him in the January transfer window if they think that's in their best interest. How come he only signed a 2-year contract when he signed?

Getting Kromkamp would be a bitch. Kromkamp will probably rather go to Valenica or Porto than another Dutch club. And PSV isn't exactly a huge step up from AZ. Also, Scheringa promised van Gaal only to let go of two players and he'll ask more than 8 million...

Na allerlei berichten in de pers geeft André Ooijer zelf duidelijkheid wat betreft de speculaties over een mogelijke transfer. De verdediger is op de hoogte van de interesse die Genua in hem heeft, maar de Italianen hebben zich niet gemeld.

In Zuid-Korea laat Ooijer (31) weten dat hij via zijn agent heeft gehoord van interesse van Genua. "Mijn zaakwaarnemer is benaderd door Genua, maar zolang zij niet bij PSV komen is er wat mij betreft geen reden om aan een vertrek te denken. Daarvoor is PSV mij na al die jaren toch echt veel te dierbaar", aldus Ooijer in Gwangju, waar PSV zaterdagmiddag is neergestreken voor een wedstrijd tegen het Colombiaanse Once Caldas.

Verhalen niet waar
"De verhalen dat ik daar morgen medisch gekeurd ga worden, zijn niet waar. Gisteren speelden we de eerste wedstrijd van het toernooi en ik ging er vol tegenaan. Het zou raar zijn als ik op korte termijn medisch gekeurd moet worden om Shifty zo te spelen. Ik heb het hier hartstikke naar mijn zin, PSV is geweldig en ik heb absoluut geen reden om per se weg te willen. We spelen elk jaar Champions League, dus wat dat betreft is het geen must. Het is wel dat als ik op mijn leeftijd nog een mooi buitenlands avontuur kan aangaan, dat ik daar voor open sta. Maar alleen als alle voorwaarden voor mijn gevoel kloppen. Zware trip
Over het toernooi om de Peace Cup is Ooijer tevreden. "Het is een zware trip met de warmte en het vele reizen. Maar we spelen wedstrijden op hoog niveau en de sfeer in het team is erg goed. Dit is een goede voorbereiding op het seizoen."

The Alex going to Inter thing via Chelsea has been around quite a while. In Italy you can only sign 1 Non-EU player per season though, Inter probably have signed one already (they sign so much, there's bound to be 1 non-EU)

Yay, good news from PSV side, PSV has used the option to extend Lee's contract to 2007, and they are talking about a new contract

Lee and Ooijer might not be leaving after all.

More good news is we got knocked out of the peace cup A bad preseason for PSV means a championship

How can you not mention Kalou coming to Eindhoven?! Hiddink: "Als Mark Wotte doet alsof wij niet volgens de regels handelen, Shifty liegt hij" aldus Hiddink. "Ik kan je zo laten zien dat wij een bod hebben neergelegd en de interesse al lang kenbaar hebben gemaakt aan Feyenoord." The offer is supposed to be 10 million euros + percentage of the next sale + DeMarcus Beasley. Also, Feyenoord told Kalou not to talk to the press anymore after his interview in Sportweek.

Kalou's desperate to leave Rotterdam. Feyenoord's board of directors are morons. PSV's offer is great. I'd say Kalou will join PSV around JCS-time...

IMO 10m + Beasley is a little bit too much, Im not a fan of him, and IMO Kalou is much much better, but 10m is insane these days, 6m+Beasley sounds right...

Well, when he got the chance for PSV in official matches, he sucked, he was awful vs. Panathinaikos for instance last season. He does seem to score pretty often for a defender though

Nothing sure of that...look at Genoa, even the club itself confirmed the tranfer, but Ooijer still hasnt signed any contract.

This morning the press reported the deal would be done, now they're not sure anymore. Simon Cziommer who played for Twente last season might go the other way to PSV.

Wasn't Cziommer forced to go back to Schalke though? He desperately wanted to play with Twente again, but I read Schalke wanted him back.
