So the poll has expired and is closed now. The final vote is 11-10.

I spoke to the mods and together came to the conclusion that it's the will of the people to keep Mandieta6 as mod and not ban him. Just as it wouldn't have been fair to keep his around if the vote went the other way, in the same vain it wouldn't be fair to de-mod him since most people want to see him around and wouldn't want to steal form their SG experience.

To discourage other off-topic posting I will close the thread now since the matter is dealt with.

Well honestly... he has been around a while and he might have some bad points but a lot of them are good.

Newbie are there any changes you would make if you were mod?

Quite honestly, I am not that interested in being a moderator.

I think that the existing moderators are fine. I missed the Mandieta6 argument so I did not vote. It must be on a case-by-case basis, because I can't remember having any problems with him.

I may have been here for a long time, but I would not make a good moderator.

One thing I should say is that I don't take as many things on SG as seriously as some of you do. You take it far too personally. Trying to get a moderator removed? Does the OP (kp41, a Liverpool fan, by the way....if I'm corrrect) think he can do a better job? Was he temporarily banned? IF the answers are NO, then why bother going to such lengths, man. It's a waste of time.

I thought this place was for recreation.

I would suggest that the implication of new isn't that you previously had an enemy, but that the enemy you now have want previously.

New: produced, introduced or discovered recently.

The dictionary doesn't mention that it's in addition to any current one.
