Well, that's because I play Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, etc, etc, etc, on large db . Holland and England on large are quite fast over here as well...

lol, I'm running on 45 divisions, as most of you will be getting tired of hearing over and over again and again. Funny, I'm at 5th of august after 5 hours of playing time

After few hours playing that game, start a new game with 5-6 leagues selected... You will probably feel the game is faster than the speed of light!

I had problems with CM01/02 before patch 3.9.65
I coundn't play more than 6-7 seasons

I could never patch my Cm01/02, It never could find the install even though I would play it almost everyday

I never had that problem though, 2009

One "option" for the 2nd 'enhancement pack' (funny way of saying: undoing our screwups with not yet finished patches): Foreign languages!
So no chance of language patches being released beforehand, sorry all you non-english speaking CM fans, that are certainly reading this post right now
