I am not liking this one bit. Mancini has pretty much pushed Emre out of the side clearly favoring Stankovic, whether he be in good form or not. Signing Stankovic last year pretty much sealed Emre's fate. It's a terrible shame that he will leave the club because he's one of my favorite players. But I simply see no way of him staying, especially after the incident of him talking badly about the club, etc, etc.

He's been treated poorly and I guess it's in his best favor to leave and go to a club where he can actually be considered a starter. Karagounis is another guy who I like who will probably suffer a similar fate.

Though I must say the price of 11 million is a good one. With that cash (in euros) Moratti can use it (with more of course) to truly strengthen the defence (perhaps with Luisao and/or King) and possibly make some midfield or even forward changes.

Emre slams Inter Milan - again


Inter Milan midfielder Emre has again declared he wants to quit the club at the end of this season.

After first criticising Inter, then denying doing so, the Turkish international again attacked the Milan club yesterday.

"I want to leave Inter: four years with the Nerazzurro is enough for me," said Emre. "This is a club that that does not know how to be patient.

"Every year they want the Scudetto, but do not understand that you need to build a base in order to make this happen, because every year many new players arrive.

"The future? I want to remain in Europe: My dream is Barcelona, while if I had to return to Turkey I would want only Galatasaray."

Hahaha but the problem is galatasaray can't even afford to buy emre's right shoe.
