Empty stands "bug" also in PC version

They removed the crowd so people would have less lag during online matches, and thus don't have to use the training stadium to play online.

Bit pathetic, if you ask me. Sure, now we can play online with all the cool stadiums, but the atmosphere is... like... totally ****ed up.

i'll wager that the code for the crowd is simply commented out in the "wide view" angle. Someone with halfway decent programming knowledge could go in there and uncomment it i bet.

if that was the case, it should be
crowd = true

just one equal symbol instead of two

when are you going to realise the PC version is an afterthought?
The PS2 is where the money is and they have a PS2 emulator to run the game on PC to make a few extra quid, that's all.

Fair point, but if I remember correctly they released a patch for PES 4 (1.10?) which, along with addressing some online issues also rectified a couple of hitches on the PC version. Surely it wouldn't take them much to enable missing crowds in the camera angles concerned.
I live in hope, albeit slim .

online we cant play with the big stadiums, we cant even choose.
Its always a same small stadium

play on one of the normal cameras, go to the stop of the pitch and hoof it into Row Z, a the camera pans up you'll see theres no-one in the stands.
