One bug, in career mode, I have chosen to disable the first summer transfer window, but transfers among other clubs could still be made in July and August, or even in September and October. How to fix this bug?

I take it you still can't add any leagues or teams without replacing existing ones?

I've been away from FIFA modding since the Frostbite engine destroyed all the beautiful work Rinaldo did with Creation Manager, and how easy and fun it was to mod new leagues and teams into the game.

You can add new league without replacing, but only with LiveEditor which adds completely new legacy files (league logos, team logos, BUT NOT 3d things like banner,trophy,adboards,tournament sponsorship boards etc.) into your game. Instead you can also use some of the hidden league ids which are used for FUT.. but all of them only have league logos - no details like trophy, banner,wipe replay logo etc etc.
So its limited and better to replace a existent league.

You cant edit tattoos. Its a limitation.

I thought so much. In the meantime I've been dabbling a bit with RDBM and the FIFA Editor (also using the LiveEditor in my career mode). And I noticed that you can actually add data wia RDBM, but since you can't add data in the legacy files through FIFA Editor, the problem is indeed with adding various 3D data.
Your explanation makes a lot of sense in that way. Though it is interesting that the Live Editor is able to add some of those files.

I'd like to add the Belgian lower-tier leagues to be playable in career mode, but since it's such a niche addition, that almost no one of the community is waiting for, I won't bother asking the established modders for it. That's why I'm looking into how far I could get myself to accomplish this.
At the moment I'm even thinking I could also just add some teams to the game and replace them with the English teams when I start a new career mode. Though that would require me to still add teams, or at least replace irrelevant teams (like FUT teams) and put them in Rest Of The World. I'm not sure however if that would work, and if I would have enough legacy files to replace.
To bad FIFA doesn't let you Create A Club in the main menu, so they would be added to the default database. That would make it easier for us to add teams
I guess the best solution is still to replace teams that are irrelevant when you're playing a career in Europe, like the Asian, African or American teams.

Well, do you want to know the funny thing? It used to.

I remember an old (very old) game, FIFA 2002 I think, where you could add teams from the edit mode and then use them in the game (for friendlies and such).
I don't remember if they could be used for career mode too (was career mode a thing back then? It's been so many years that I can't remember anymore).

1. I see a couple of table fixes including real stadium names: how do I implement those?
2. Same as @maxwellbz93 - how to set number of subs to five?
3. Will squads be updated after the closing of winter transfer window?

Glad to see you join the modding community, I still remember your career mode stories from the official FIFA forums, even if I'm hardly active anymore (I used to be, and still am, ale85bg over there).

1. I have the most recent EEP on a fresh install, but the real stadium names do not appear. So the question remains: how, or where does that file go?

2. I'm playing German 4th tier and I have 3 subs, not 5.

3. That's okay, it would in fact be a little weird to start with squads from half a year later who'll be turned upside down anyway during the first transfer windows.
