Does any one out there know on any editor out there for CM4 that edits saved game :rolleyes: and the editor should be able to change transfer budget
and if so can u pllz provide a link plz thank you :D

i am running CM4.05 ..why is it that when i try to use the program MCM.... for version 4.05 only i follow the instruction where it says load ur save games and then open the appp and say load game when i do all of that i says this is for version 4.05 only and then nothing happens ..... can someone help me out plzzzzz
