Okay, i'm just playing around with the editor, but there are one thing that keeps bugging me, I'm trying to change the finances for a club, but it never works.

E.g. I increased the balance to £100 mill and transfer budget to 50£mill, and when I start the game the clubs balance was $10 mill and the transferbudget are £50 mill. why?

what happens if I choose, Sugar Daddy and cash injection??

Cash Injection
Allows you to artificially increase the balance and transfer budget beyond the normal limit.

Sugar Daddy
This will give you a “sugar daddy” chairman in the game. A ‘sugar daddy’ is someone who will be able to
plough vast sums of money into your team.

Finances are linked to club reputation. So if the team isn't well known, you can't have a lot of money (unless you have selected 'cash injection', deducing from SI's explanation).

what do they mean by public limited company?

It is a company that raises funds by shelling shares in the company, for you what it will mean is that the company will get far more investment in terms of stockholders, but will have to pay some of the money they make out to the stockholders in the form of Dividends, the more you make in a season the more dividends the company has to pay out, also although i'm not sure this happens in the game, it is easier for buissnessmen to take over a club by owning the majority of the stock [i.e GLAZER].
