Editing The Player Suspension In Career Mode

I mean, basically I get only 1 game suspension for any player that gets a direct red card. That isnt too realistic. Is there any way I can edit some file and make it that players that are being sent off with a straight red get 2-3 games suspension instead of 1?

I changed 0,rule_numgamesbanredmax,1 and 0,rule_numgamesbanredmin,1 to 0,rule_numgamesbanredmax,3 and 0,rule_numgamesbanredmin,2 in settings.txt, regenerated and it still only bans the player for 1 match for getting a straight red. Please guys, help me out here
