Hey there,

I've been busy editing an excisting team in fifa. I did everything except for the renaming of the team. I spend the last three hours lookin for a solution but no matter what I try, I can't find an answer. Does anybody know how to rename an excisting team? It didn't work when I edited the table_teams in Acces.

Hopefully somebody can answer, so I can finish my project. :)

In addition to table team in access, look in the data/cmn/fe folder for the language databases. Choose the one you are using, example, eng.db if you are using english as your in-game language. Open the database and access and edit table_language. Look for the entry "30XXXXX0", "30XXXXX1", "30XXXXX2" where XXXXX is your team Id. For example englands id is 1318 so its entry would be 30013180, 30013181 and 3013182, the corresponding texts for each of these id's gives the team's names, usually the one the ends with 0 is the long name, the one that ends with 1 is the short name (used to diplay score and time in-game) and 2 is also another long name. Just edit these values as desired and your team should have the correct names in game. Hope this helped.
