editing qualifying results and championship groupings?

can any1 tell me how to do this, so that the real sixteen teams always qualify. this is becuase i want to edit the results of CPU v CPU matches in qualifying and the Euro finals group & knockout round matches.

You could go to Game modes and choose UEFA EURO there. Then you will have the 16 teams who qualified in the tournament, but then there will be no qualifying, you go directly to the tournament.
