editing players

Hi.
For those who already got the pc version or know some facts about it, I have a couple of questions.
Can you edit players (and I'm especially reffering to numbers and names on the kits) ?
I heard that the pc version includes a creation centre. Is that true? And if it is, how you like the CC so far?

you can change the names of the players: Use Edit Plus 2 in order to open the fifa.db file located in FIFA 2004\data\cmn\be.
Go to the bottom and you´ll find player´s names. For example:
Steve Carr is in the line 8274. You can change the name, but always respect the number of characters that it has (5 for Steve, 4 for Carr). Now u can insert another name (Goran) and last name (Klup), save it and that´s all: The Spurs have a new player. It cannot change another thing until TCM 2004 or the CC release.-

There is no creation center for fifa2004 (yet). But who nows, EA Sports do not give us any official info, it is not sure if they even release an editor.
