editing job security and sim match

i what to know how to edit the job security,in that way when i lose it wount drop down so drasticly.

2-how do i incress the chance of winnig in the "sim the match"?
theres mast be away to "fix" those issue

career.ini edits job security.
you cant edit the sim situations, i have been trying for years now.

well i found these line:

but those line dont do what i whant..
