Is there anyway to edit the pc_cl.bin? I really want to use the roster update of FIFA 08, but there's 1 thing: Ogararu (Ajax) is gone after u use the roster update. So isn't there a sollution to edit the pc_cl.bin and change that Ogararu don't disappear?

I'm not aware of any tools that will allow you to modify PC_CL.BIN but it is possible to create a FIFA.DB with the patched rosters incorporated into it - see this post in the 'Players have dissapeared after uploading faces with CM08' thread (and a couple of later ones which give a little more detail on running the utility)

You could do that using a combination of DB Master and my EAFFPatchRollup tool. Use DB Master to open the default FIFA.DB and export the records for that player from players, teamplayerlinks and jerseynames (if appropriate). Then roll the patch data into FIFA.DB, open the combined database using DB Master, and import the records you exported before the update. Once you save those changes you'll have a FIFA.DB that matches your requirements and which you can edit further using DB Master or Creation Master
