Edit Half Length options

I was just curious how you would be able to edit half lengths so I could play two 45 minute halfs? I searched and only found the solutions for FIFA 07 or 08. If anybody could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Starting XI
Make an user.ini in your FIFA folder and write there:
HALF_SECONDS = 60*x

where x is the minutes you want for an half ;)

E.g. 45 minutes:
HALF_SECONDS = 2700
