i merged everything file of the player into Rhino to see the complete model.

I'm only guessing, but I'd imagine that to change poses and the like it would take more than just editing the rav files. The players probably have 'bone' structures that control movement, and then these .rav model files are bound to the skeleton.
I'd say the biggest challenge would be to find out how to change the movements in real-time 3d.
