What zdata file? There are many.
And how do I know what face to replace?

He changes his hair every match.... against norwich he had the har on the pic above, and the next match he had much hair... So u can almost not know what hair he has now..... You can make different versions of him ???

Hi Duong, I post you two pics of Kakà which I think are quite good for starting a face. The first one is Uefa's, he's smiling too widely for a perfect face but apart from mouth is a very good photo (also the haircut is up to date)!

For me it's a very good face! I think you should fix a bit the right eye and make it exactly as a copy of the left one (so a little smaller and more defined). Maybe you could try a version with a bit bigger nose on the edge, like a potato, but just a little effect.
Then it should be ok,
