Duong i have installed your patch and everything works fine but i cant use my locale.ini file to skip intro. The game crashes before menu.

oh, right. a beta for FIID is coming soon. there'll be NO MORE changes to backgrounds, hate it or love it. the only things that will be updated will be menu buttons and stuff.

i'm not so sure about a 1.1 for DMGR

Retrofusion update: since this patch is based on DMGR Fusion, I'm going to rename it to "DMGRFusion Expansion: Retrofusion" which will require you to have DMGRFusion pre-installed. This is to prevent users who experience problems with DMGRFusion from troubling themselves again by installing this patch.

-vignette effect reintroduced into the patch
-colour shades display more clearly, though the overall grayscale tone is still maintained

Hi Duong, is still the "rander_rate_mode" setting in cfg_pc_x.ini affecting how much the game is smooth as in the original configuration or with your fusion patch is no more usefull to modify that parameter?
And second, if it would be still usefull, which is the difference to modify it in cfg_pc_x.ini or do it in ini_pc.big (with an hex editor)?

the original settings are stored in ini_pc.big but the ones in cmn are functional. cfg doesn't work that effectively with fusion since fusion is controlled by a totally different graphics library

btw for those who haven't looked at it, the update for my Retrofusion expansion is on page 101
