This year I will be expanding the mod to include more Concacaf leagues and tournaments and to have all the league champions qualify for the regional tournaments, starting with the Liga Promerica and adding more leagues progressively. More info @ my channels.

The game just puts your league logo there by itself, but in the competitions table there are columns for enabling different stuff like the ball plinth, archway, stage, etc.. but I am not sure how much it affects it because this year the intro cutscenes have been severely cut down.
