Yes it is possible...but the problem is that only a few of the teams in Premier League have specific digital adboards....while the rest of the team from every league(the ones with stadiums that have digital adboards) are shareing the generic digital adboards.
So if you change those to suit a team...every other team that shares those generic digital adboards(10 in total+ the dynamic images) will have them.
i just did for my personal playtrough with Barca:

...now dosent matter if i play away or at home or CL...if the stadium that i play on shares those generic digital adboards...they gonna be displayed :P
P.S. and no it dosent work changing anything in .lua files

Whatever you do, COPY and BACKUP your data_front_end.big file first and keep a copy somewhere safe, So if anything goes wrong you have a backup to be safe !!!!!!!

OPEN

data_front_end.big with Jenkey's File Explorer.

In "File List" Pane open :

data/ui/game/adboards

Import the files in my download over the top of the ones with the same name.

If this doesn't work, let me know and I will upload the Image Files you need.

After you have imported, click save.

Close File Explorer, Then Regenerate using i68 controller.

Good Luck
