Haha, yeah I think we should really do a serious version for this thing.

I really liked it. Maybe with some rules in place it could be workable because I liked the premise of having to adjust to your teammates' style. Another idea would be to do it individually but your first 2 picks are made by someone else. Or we could go 1 pick per person and try to assemble the best team possible and maybe try to do that without picking the first 40 or 60 players selected in the draft.
