Downloading option files onto PSP

Is there a way I can download an option file onto my PSP? If so, how? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. To the mods, I searched for a thread like this, but couldnt find one.

i downloaded one onto my psp but i forgot where i got it from, its real easy tho, just go to google and downnload a finished save file, lyk it may be all finished already but u can do everything again any way

How do you edit the graphic file e.g. boots how do you replace them with a new bootpack. Also how do you install things like kitserver?

try pspupdates.com, you should be able to find the option file (either english or japs version)

you can't patch the psp version since the game is play on umd. unless you have the warez version
