Downloading FACES?

Can i download faces or do they have to be made manually?

Would like faces for:

Rio Ferdinand
Roy Keane
Cristiano Ronaldo
Ruud Van Nistelrooy
Tim Howard

Does anybody have the specific numbers to make them look like they do irl, or a link to download faces please...

There's a French guy on another forum making a load of faces, I don't know whether he's making a patch himself or whether ou have to insert them yourself, but some of them look pretty good.

I know but there are step by step screens so if you have photoshop you can just follow them
