could not connect to chat

Yesterday I was connecting to chat and playing games but today, I can not. I had version 1.6. It did this and then I updated to 1.6.5 and the same thing. When I press on connect, it doesn't do anything for like 30-40 seconds and then it says:

* Connecting to blueyonder.uk.quakenet.org (6667)

* Could not connect.
-

What is this? Why a problem like this, after playing so many enjoyful games. I am very disappointed ((( Please correct this program's errors.

i got that to man, but after a while i could just connect, so i dunno

But an other thing, why cant i make a username like this [8MBit]username[NL]
When i do that i get an error that username is invalid.

Would be very usefull, so people can see what connection you have and what country you are from.

mmmm maybe its the server, because i could not connect either to blueyonder, now it connecting to tiscali.dk.quakenet.org (6667) and that works for me.

There should be something forcing the players to specify where they are from, as i always have to find out that I'm playing someone from Italy and me, being from US, will lag a lot. Most of the people won't add the [country] thing to their names....making it real hard.

At the moment it will pick a random server.. I think what i will do instead is allow the user to choose which server they want to connect. That way if one goes offline (like the blueyonder one seems too) then everyone can get on to anotehr server.

this program is amazing. But isnt it possible to remove intro with the konami/adidas liscence when the game starts? It get kinda annoying to start the game eac time, especially when you wait a couple of minutes just to discover the other side cancelled the challenge

Please make there a way also for people to be all on the same server and have records of games eg. 15-3-2
or rate people advanced etc.
just an idea if possible...?

Maybe one of you guys can help me with my problem.

When I try to join a game as client from within the PES4 Online program, I can't connect! PES4 will load, but when I press 'Insert IP', I only get a 128.128.128.128 IP, while the proggie told me the IP of the host would be automatically inserted there.

Can anyone tell me why this happens and - even more important - how I can fix this?

I'm using a router, which I've port forwarded to the PES4 port for online play.
