some minor gameplay & graphic tweaks are there.
but it is always recommended to download the latest version as it will certainly be better than the previous one.

are you sure? if you set high quality settings on fifasetup, 3d grass already exists on the game originally. it's not about the ini files.
don't use any grass patch. original ea grass is really good & contains 3d effect.

it's compatible for both of original & cracked game.
but it contains some gameplay codes which aren't compatible w/original game. you have to remove those parameters on the ini files.

yes..it is editable...you can easily find the codes in the ini file.
