I followed your instructions as below

1) install FIFA14 Clean Verion from Origin
2) Install Revolution Mod 14 v.1.4
3) Install patch (Overwrite all)
4) Regen using i68 Regeneration
5) Play

All the team kits, players names are correct BUT team names, country names are all wrong. Please help.

3) copy les fichiers qu'il y a dans loc-original dans le dossier loc
4) Regen using i68 Regeneration
5) Play

The problem not was the number of teams but the numbers of players in a db table.... yes....i think have find a solution

Just reporting a bug here. It seems Austria 1998 makes the game crash every time a game with them is on.
No matter if they are home or away, you can't play it. When it's tournament mode, the only option is to skip the game so that you can continue playing.

i tried to see where the bug is precisely, but I could not.

yes i now i've fixed it.... Austria 98 usa 98 an a lot of club team have lose his formation.... because the game have delete 4-2-4 and 4-3-2-1 formation.... now is fixed few days and i release a new version

edit: On a side note, I noticed Rivaldo (Brazil 1998-2002) is right footed in your patch. He was actually an exclusive left footer (I think I remember him saying once that he only used his right foot to get in the team bus)
