I don’t know if it is me
But in German Language 2000 database
When going to tournament mode
I have category national teams 2010 -2019 where I have WC 2002 and 2006 and national teams 2 1990 / 1999
where I have the confederations cups from 2001 to 2009
So the tournaments are from the correct era but the names are incorrect

i have this issue also in English

I have Fifa 2010 - 2019 National Teams
All fifa World cups from 90 to 98
Fifa 1980 - 89 national Teams
Friendly Tournaments
Fifa 2000 - 09 - National Teams 2
all the Euros 92 and 96

the same issue also in English language

I've just checked. German DB I see everything in order.

Try putting the languages back from the LOC RAR

Do you mean manually change the names in creation master?

so for you all the names I mentioned are indicated correctly in German and English language?

i installed clean fifa than the classic patch 4.0 overwrote all then the stadium pack overwrote and finally Regen with FIFA File master

or do I have to install first the stadium pack and then the classic patch?

there is a RAR where there are the various decades called "- loc". You extract that as if it were a normal DB. It's the language backup.

But it's not possible. I copied exactly but my folder. I see the same files. I'm starting to think that it's still Win RAR playing the trick of not inserting files, he omits them. It happened to me other times with extra patch files. I have to figure out what the fuck happened. Because I see the files in the folder where I created the RAR.

at the time of doing the RAR I think it didn't process the files in the UI folder adequately. While for the languages I don't know. I see everything correctly. I can do a quick fix with the current languages (just added a ball) and reup everything for future downloads in the afternoon, before heading out.

We have encountered problems regarding the RAR. It seems that during the compression phase of the fils someone was omitted. I'm working on a temporary quick fix for those who have already loaded the patch. While the new ones will download the file regularly once it is uploaded. The fix will be kept online for a week.

Shouldn’t it be named FIFA 90 - 99 National Teams 2 or something like that

No. I made a big edit about it late last month, complete with screenshots. I divided the various national leagues and competitions differently.
