This patch is an ALL-IN-ONE and not an update, so be sure to install the patch in a new clean FIFA 14.

+ Best Team by year ’70s
+ Champions Cup/Champions League Finals (1970-2000) with correct neutral stadium, adboard, refree, specific teams, specific kits;
+ Add Bayer Leverkusen 1995-00 and other teams by year for the season 1999 and 2000;
+ Complete tournament of Champions League 1999 and 2000, with specific teams that qualified for the quarter finals on the real tournament [IDEA FOR THE 2000’s ERA AND TEST ON THIS PATCH]

Eagerly waiting to play Champions League with the teams of 2000s.
Hope that you make them by year? Because the difference between Chelsea 2000 and 2005 or Barcelona 2000 and 2005 is absolutely huge.
Or maybe if making 5 different Chelsea's and Barcelona's is too much of a trouble, just make them like with International tournaments - every two years?

& do you have plans for Euro 2016?

euro 2016 will be added on coming release of national version (see classic patch 14 fb page )

@Giggi: you have written that the non-qualified teams from world cups 70-80 won't be on coming national teams release, when will we be able to have them then? On a addon or when?

Do you plan to added non- qualified teams for world cup 90-94-98-02 and 06 too??? Like Belgium 2006 or France 1994 or Australia 1998 and 2002 for example??

1930-1986 not qualificated team will be present in future. Next release have Euro 2016 and now it's under test. Once the version currently being tested is released, not qualificated teams will be added.

Releases are under the management of Andreatomasi and Acicog30. I now work when I can and help if there are problems. For more information about releases you have to ask them, no longer to me

Once again I want to thank everyone involved in creation and testing of the Classic patch. It is a masterpiece of modding. Looking back at the first screenshots in this thread and realizing how far this project has come.
Even though I have a new PC that can run anything, I find muself downloading FIFA 14 and playing this patch again, it is just so good.
My special interest is the era that I witnessed myself, which is roughly since 2002, so I paid a lot of attention to improving those tournaments in the patch thanks to awesome modders from these forums and my humble editing skills.
Now that EA have finally scanned a lot of players (and thanks to those who converted them for 14), we can have proper teams from 2000-2014 with top quality faces, while back in the day those teams would be faceless and boring.


Here is what I have added into the Classic patch XI century update so far:

• 328 new faces (mostly converted EA scans from FIFA 17/16/15 or HQ custom faces for unscanned players)
• 840 HQ tattoos
• 176 HQ team banners (replacing generic EA banners with sometimes horrible literal translate phrases like "to go Russia")
• 70 teams have new authentic fonts
• new kits/kit variations (like all orange Netherlands 2008 kit vs Russia)
• countless font, numbers, collar DB fixes (coccert name/number color matching is still to be done)
• 10 new/edited/updated stadiums (Basel, Vienna, Salzburg 2008; Alvalade, Da luz, Dragao 2004; Yokohama 2002; Stade de France 1998; Rose Bowl 1994; Dortmund and Hamburg WC 2006 dressing)
• authentic wipes for World Cup and Euro tournaments
• new adboards
• ESPN scoreboard

I also did some bug fixing and troubleshooting, can report some mistakes if needed:

The following players seem to have wrong IDs (different from original FIFA:
Younes Olsson, Mustafi, Lambert, Alou Diarra (results in lost face), Brown Ideye. (Keeping original IDs helps with importing specific graphics for the players)

Jetro Willems (DF) is a striker in Netherlands 2012, Solomatin (DF) is a striker in Russia 2002.
