you've add a team in DB? sure crash. ID 131071 is the last working. After Crash. Now i'm "working in Back" ID 129980 right now. but sometimes when you add a new team with CM some formation are deleted. I advice not to add any team. Add players, traded players, if you want to add new kits. But do not add teams ..
