Again, my question, how would Chelsea feasibly see that one player could pay that amount in the first place? It's beyond legal rationality.

Team Captain
Yeah I feel bad for him (Mutu). I mean it was very irresponsible to be a high profile player and do recreational drugs (too much indulgence) but people make mistakes. We all know people who would be capable of this or have made similar mistakes and he really got f**ked with the decisions he made while playing for Chelsea. I see Chelsea's point of view as well, they spent a lot on a player and he breached the contract. However the silly part is Chelsea came up with the transfer fee, not Mutu, so to me this transfer number he has to pay is not very fair because of that very reason.

I forgot hearing about his transfer to Cesena. :O
I'm glad he's at a team where he can get playing time tho. I don't even know how he can focus on playing since he must have a lot on his mind. I hope he has good lawyers and pulls through in the long run however realistically he will probably left with very little once his career is over.

He has been the best Romanian player since Hagi.
