My players get injured so much I'm starting to get so pissed off.In every match at least two player get injured for like 2 months. There was a time that I was with Depor and Tristan Makaay Lucius(whatever his name is) Fran Valeron and Acuna were injured and I had to play my defenders as mids and mids as forwards.Does that have to do with training.

On the coach assignments screen, stick your physios in the training. That reduces injuries in training.

they don't get injured in training. It's always during the matches and as for breaks I can't.Most players are injured and I won't play with my reserve team on.It's like a chain reaction. One comes back from injury and the other gets injured

Do you have rests build in your training schedule? You have to have about 8-10 rests in a week. If you don't, your players will get so tired they are bound to get injuries.
