does influence ever improve in a player ?

just a quick question

I have a super kid that i'd like to captain my team one day, will he ever get better than 16 for influence?

Yes he will, influence is something that changes with the games played. The more games he plays, and if he is decisive to the team, his influence will grow. Proof is that Moutinho with 6 years in my team has now 16, instead of starting 12 I think...

I've seen it with one of my players too. He started as 8, then a few years later he was 16-17 and was on the favoured personnel list of most of the squad

And it also happens to old(er) players, Tim Cahill had 14 influence when he was 25 and had 20 when he was like 28 in my game.
