I disagree, nowadays most popular Linux distros are most pleasant to play as ever. Steam Deck uses Steam OS which is a Linux after all.
But yeah, Steam games...with running FIFA 14 on Linux (whether Debian-like or Arch-like), if you attempt to try, you'd most likely solve issues on your own. It's not native - it's an emulation

Windows 10 you can use v1809 or 1909 as they are the best suitable for your PC and latent wise
