There is a reaction or positioning glitch/bug/coding issue in FIFA 16, I see it on Pro level all the time. The CPU MF will run past my ball carrier, like he's heading for my end of the pitch. He then turns around and starts back towards my player. Maybe it's a CPU stupidity-cheat EA coded into this year's game to make the game easier, who knows. I've been trying to isolate the cause of this. I looked at db ratings and many players have reaction ratings under 50 and even under 20. One suggestion: Re-rate ALL players in the game 75-99 in reaction and positioning. Great tip. I recommend line sliders all the time but nobody seems to want to spend 10 seconds adjusting them. About the easiest fix in FIFA for some of the issues people bring up, yet people seem disinterested. On Fifa 15 with gp evo mod 3.2 full combo i found the defense too easy also and Bangus suggested me to tweak the sliders: line height and line length to 20, and CPU line width to 35 for example, or even lower. It worked fine on 15, defense became tight and it was a lot harder to zig zag in the back four unless you had robben or messi in top form.
Exactly. Someone was complaining that the CPU played too much tika taka, and no long balls and no offense. So I set up CPU line height 20, line length 80, which pushes CPU MFS and FWS up toward my goal. Started a game, CPU scored two goals in two shots in the first five minutes, both from long balls after getting in behind my defenders. Why? Sliders are there to customize the game to suit your preferences. 100 people would ave 100 different opinions about how a "balanced" game should play. Some think the default game is too fast, others too slow. I drop the speed slider 30 points and lower players speed ratings by 50. I don't understand where this notion of "we shouldn't have to" comes from. I'm using Fidel's sliders and his first mod, not the insane version. I'm enjoying it on those settings. Pass speed I did raise though, 30 is too slow for me.qasar80;3864617 said:tell me how are your sliders set for the latest of Fidel mod , insane one? ( i might learn something now)

This is not a bug, this happens when player ratings are edited.
