Like some are saying, it does feel pretty easy (beating defenders, cpu easy to defend against). I tried messing with cpu sliders but it didn't do much. Maybe EA's update lowered the CPU difficulty also, I can't really tell yet.

I noticed gameplay in the rain - more realistic low temp, ball speed and rebound.

I doubt it. This is coming from the EXE and gameplayattribdb.

Fidel your latest cl 1.2 is better in some aspects and worse in others!

The cpu defense at Legend is poor , leaving too much space.

One other thing I do not like is that my players have an answer too slow !
Giovinco in dribbling is too slow for example.

For now I prefer the 1.0

There is a reaction or positioning glitch/bug/coding issue in FIFA 16, I see it on Pro level all the time. The CPU MF will run past my ball carrier, like he's heading for my end of the pitch. He then turns around and starts back towards my player. Maybe it's a CPU stupidity-cheat EA coded into this year's game to make the game easier, who knows. I've been trying to isolate the cause of this. I looked at db ratings and many players have reaction ratings under 50 and even under 20. One suggestion: Re-rate ALL players in the game 75-99 in reaction and positioning. Try that and see if it fixes the issue of holes in the defense and too easy to dribble around CPU defenders.

Thanks Fidel, happy to see you are modding this year again. I was waiting to see if you release a mod before getting the game, now i ordered it ;)

On Fifa 15 with gp evo mod 3.2 full combo i found the defense too easy also and Bangus suggested me to tweak the sliders: line height and line length to 20, and CPU line width to 35 for example, or even lower. It worked fine on 15, defense became tight and it was a lot harder to zig zag in the back four unless you had robben or messi in top form.

Great tip. ;) I recommend line sliders all the time but nobody seems to want to spend 10 seconds adjusting them. About the easiest fix in FIFA for some of the issues people bring up, yet people seem disinterested. Glad it worked for you.

Exactly. Someone was complaining that the CPU played too much tika taka, and no long balls and no offense. So I set up CPU line height 20, line length 80, which pushes CPU MFS and FWS up toward my goal. Started a game, CPU scored two goals in two shots in the first five minutes, both from long balls after getting in behind my defenders. Line slider tweaks can be that effective.

Now we are talking business , the game seems more alive and less liniar.
Bangus , I know exactly the value of sliders , but what I mean is that in a well balanced game we shouldn't use sliders or at most just a little , untill then i guess this is the only solution.
Anyway , Fidel is getting closer to that equilibrum.

For me it plays a lot worse. It is a little harder, but the gameplay is x3 faster, the CPU sprints after the ball for 90 minutes which plays and looks unrealistic, and their entire CPU build up play is one touch passing and shoot.

Why? Sliders are there to customize the game to suit your preferences. 100 people would ave 100 different opinions about how a "balanced" game should play. Some think the default game is too fast, others too slow. I drop the speed slider 30 points and lower players speed ratings by 50. I don't understand where this notion of "we shouldn't have to" comes from. It's fantastic we have the all these customization options, sliders are the best thing that's happened to this series in the past decade.

Allthough I don't like it , I have to give you the upper hand in this matter , bangus , at least this year.
So being fair to the end , tell me how are your sliders set for the latest of Fidel mod , insane one? ( i might learn something now)

I'm using Fidel's sliders and his first mod, not the insane version. I'm enjoying it on those settings. Pass speed I did raise though, 30 is too slow for me.

Bangus what is the line of code in cl.ini for I have dribbling reactive as in the version 1.0?
In 1.2 are too slow in turn even players like ronaldo or robben..

Is it a cl code, or did Fidel lower dribble/agility ratings for players in 1.2?

Open both cl files side by side in notepad to compare. Use the Edit/Find feature and type in drib, scroll thru all the dribble codes and compare, see if the codes in 1.0 are different than 1.2

Hi Fidel, first of all thank for your mod, it really suits my taste playing Fifa16 with it and now I finally could begin my career. But i've a sort of bug i think: before the match in the team menu the overall and player attributes are correct (same as you posted for example Lemina) but once the match begin these attributes drop down (Lemina become from 75 overall to 71). This happen either in career and also in single friendly match. I've tried to unistall the entire game and reinstall but after install your mod the bug remain.

p.s.
Are you maybe a Juventus fan like me? :-)

This is not a bug, this happens when player ratings are edited. The lower number is the correct overall.

So when i'm searching players in the transfer market in career mode the game display the incorrect values, right? There is a way to display the correct ones apart during the match? Or maybe could i calculate on the fly the correct ones (for example if for all the players are cut down the same points to the same values)?
