It's actually something I think about quite often, despite my usual lack of prediction and thinking in advance. I know there are a couple of members who have them, so obviously their input on the "after" is also welcome.
At this point in time, I don't think I'll ever want kids. Sure in 10 years my reply may be another, and perhaps 50 years from now if I don't have any I'll regret it, but right now I don't think I will.
It may have to do with the fact that I also am not considering marriage, or maybe the austerity that's hit Europe makes me not want to have that burden in my life, but mostly I think that it can be psychologically extreme - especially having a girl. I mean, until they're 5 they're cute, and after they're 30 they're cool, but between that must be hell.
