Nah, new bugs aren't that annoying for me. I think foul system is pretty much realistic, and I didn't notice empty stadium till somebody told it.
What pisses me off more is the old bugs, like CPU picking passes, edited formations ignored in league modes, players going for the ball though you dont want them to go cause they could kick it out the field... Things like that

The stupid foul system ruined it for me, when two opposing players are running after the ball and there's minimal contact, it's always a freekick in favour of the CPU, makes me wonder why it's not to my advantage? Chances are 1 in 100 probably..
I lost a match 1-0 because of a last minute penalty. Why did it happen? Because there was this very minimal contact between my defender and the opposition's forward in the penalty area.
Besides, it's not fun having play stopping every 8 seconds for a stupid foul that actually wasn't.

It's still an amazing and addictive game ofcourse, I play it sometimes till 5 in the morning then wonder how on earth am I going to wake up for uni 2 hours later..s1260018 said:

cpu picking passes is ok, certainly u can pick up the ball going neary by u.
but wat is the problem? it happens too often becoz com player are too speedy. run lot faster than u. fouls pisses me too, coz the contacts are not neccesarily fouls. and even there is no advantage rule applied so far? i havent seen any? i believe konami will have a patch to fix this, coz empty stand bug is really ****.....it is noticable unrealistic.

The ball was toe poked away and it ran up behind my other player, about a foot or so to the side of him as it got level I pressed L1 to get him under control, as soon as I pressed L1 one of my forwards who was at least 12yrds from the ball highlighted with the control icon about him! The ball ran on past my nearest player and a cpu player moved it and took it ....

Making it harder by cheating in favor of the cpu is not the way it should go.
Cpu fouls 'never' whistled, all rebounds to cpu.
More irresponsiveness the further you advance on goal...

The game is amazing and better i all aspects than previous versions.
However online play i useless. U have lag in one half the other it plays smooth. I played one defensive idiot (yes most of all people i play against play counterattack and i always have 60% posession and its too easy to defend by taping the tackle buttons and creating chaos for the offence outside the area) who played with Barca in 5-4-1 when i hosted as soon as he hosted he played 2-4-4. Fortunately i smashed this noob but its very annoying that i lose to noobs cause of lag and other bugs!! :boohoo:

But gameplaywise.... i guess Konami tried too hard this time.

my main complain is that the player handle the ball way too slow, its like the ball is covered in grease somehow. If you watch real life football they control it much faster. And the auto side step is also weird. Yes i got used too it now, but it looks stupid, i never seen it happen in real life. Do you????

The cheating is really getting annoying now, was happenign in PES4 but not to bad this one is ridicules, its so obvious that the computer is cheating just spoils the game, number of times I’ve had players not under my control supposedly give away free kicks, funny how they always seem to be around the penalty area. If you’re going to do that might as well just give them a goal. Player running in front of you, you run into him head on and get the ball no probs, oh wait foul against you even though didn’t even press tackle, that’s just stupid.

the auto side step to me is the crapiest feature they could of put in the game.it ruins the dribbling aspect.the move is often done when not even wantedMasterM said:
...and indeed,how many times do you see in real life football some one do such a side step.and you are right some of the controls are mighty slow(even for players whi in real life are veru fast and technique)...but all in all,it is a good game but some of the features are quite annoying I never play against CPU, pointless really, best to play online against other people, different game everytime and obviously gets rid of most of the bugs, online you really see how good the game is and if you have a good connection and pick a game where the other person has 4 green >>>> its perfect gameplay and no lag
