I think that it is possible that they can get injured, though the someone would have to tackle them. ;)

yea it happens evry once in a while, they also get red-carded too.

But doesn't it seem like sometimes there's an invisible barrier around the keeper? Maybe it's the way I play but I don't see the keeper come in close contact with anyone so the only way he could be injured is if he falls on his arse or something.

if you leave the ball down and start running with the keeper and someone tackle's you hard he will get injured.
