Distances players can kick

Well considering that they have the "shot power" and "shot accuracy" skills for the goalies, shouldn't they affect the distance a keeper can kick? if not... why the hell are they there?

In FIFA 2004, there was a Long ball attribute, but it seemed that ALL the players could kick to the same distance. Now in FIFA 2005, there're 23 attributes how many were there in FIFA 2004?

I don't know but i know that most of them were useless... 92 or 21, it didn't matter the player could do just the same as the better one...

for kicks that you have no chance at scoring this is a great idea

Yeah also some little stuff in penalties, such as the keepers being able to move forward, and if they go many steps forward and they block the penalty it goes again, and if it persists booking, and that players could take more run and change the position like in older versions.

i just hate the set pieces system in FIFA. it was too specified

-only 3 players in the box are received the delivery
-direct free kick in some impossible area
-all player have the same kicking style (no differents between beckham or carlos taking freekick)

this show EA not working on them. set pieces can be the most vital thing in a game. sometimes you just score from corner or direct free kick at the last minutes of the game. it should be more random, more creative and not limit by boudaries (like those i mention). if KONAMI can do it so great, why not EA called themselves the largest game company in the world.

choose near, centre, or far post.
Sometimes free kicks and stuff for pushing.
Keeper tripping over in crowded area ( only very occasionally)
