Its possible permanently disable transfers in career mode?
If possible ... someone tell me where value to change in Fifa16?

In FIFA 13 or 14 I set all players' contracts expire to the year 2030, that stopped all transfers. Last resort if you need it, lol.

In the game I can block transfers until December. I thought there was a way to block them permanently in easy mode.

There could be, beta990 might know, he's the career mode guru. I don't play career, I just sometimes try my own tricks to see what I can and can't edit and fix. Open up the players table and set contractvaliduntil value to 2030 for all players. If you export the table and use Excel, you can copy/paste and mass-edit all 16,000 players in 10 seconds. Done.
